Redemption Process

  1. Log in to your Luminox account
  2. Click 'Redeem Rewards Here'. Right of the page for desktop users, bottom of the page for mobile users.
  3. Click on 'Get Rewards'.
  4. Select your item(s) for redemption.

 

Please give 9-12 working days for mailing of items. Luminox and Crystal Time (S) Pte Ltd are not responsible for any lost mail. Mail used will be local mail services. No registered post or courier service will be used. Once reward has been selected, no returns or refund of points will be entertained. No returns or refunds of points will be given for unused rewards. Rewards points have no expiry date. Redeemed rewards have 3 months expiry. Luminox and Crystal Time (S) Pte Ltd reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any point.
